This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 1st 2016.

This privacy policy governs your use of a software application (“Application”) on a mobile device that was created by Billion Hands Technology Pvt. Ltd. The Application includes inventory management and reporting functionality.

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
- As this Application doesn’t require User Registration, it doesn’t explicitly collect and store any personal information of the user. If user wants email notifications, then user enters his/her email address in the “Settings” screen of Application. The email address is stored on user’s mobile device only. We don’t store user’s email address with us. However, emails are sent using our email address (inventory.plus@billionhands.in) and hence user’s email address and the email sent to that user address using above email address may be available to us. We may occasionally send you emails to collect your valuable feedback, let you know about our latest offerings or inform you about any changes etc.

– Application doesn’t collect any information automatically.


3. Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
- This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.


4. Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
- Section 1 above describes what information Application collects and how. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information: a) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; b) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; c) with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.


5. What are my opt-out rights?
- Application doesn’t collect any personal information of user as a part of mandatory process. User’s Email address is used only to send emails through Application. User can opt-out by removing her Email address from “Settings” screen of the application. Naturally, user won’t receive emails from the Application.


6. Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
- Not applicable. Application doesn’t store any user information.


7. Children
- We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@billionhands.in We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.


8. Changes
- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.


9. Your Consent
- By using the Services, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collection information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
